NSOU OER Repository was launched, in June 2017, with active support from CEMCA-COL, New Delhi. It was specially tailored to the needs of NSOU community who operated in an unconventional ecosystem. The idea of this Repository perfectly matched the vision and mission of NSOU, especially since it aspires to deliver high quality academic resources to the underprivileged and unreached.

However to address the challenges of a fast-evolving cyber world and serve the university community better, a more robust and improved OER Repository has been launched on April 22, 2025, with additional, user-friendly features.

We are hereby dedicating it to the NSOU community, with the hope that it brings to them an aggregation of teaching, learning or research materials available in the public domain. These have been released with appropriate creative commons licenses that facilitate the free use, adaptation and recycling of these resources.
